By accessing or using The Apt Valet platform, including our website, Telegram bot, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
The Apt Valet is a hyperlocal marketplace platform that connects apartment residents with exclusive deals from local businesses. Our services include:
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update your information as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
When you claim a deal, you receive a unique 8-character code. This code is valid for redemption at the participating business according to the deal terms.
Present your claim code to the business to redeem your deal. Some deals may have limitations on quantity, timing, or other conditions as specified.
Deals are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn by businesses at any time. We are not responsible for deals that become unavailable.
We offer various subscription tiers (Fan, Basic, Premium, Pro) with different benefits and pricing. Details are available on our pricing page.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
Our referral program rewards you for inviting friends. Points earned can be redeemed for deal discounts. Abuse of the referral system may result in account suspension and forfeiture of points.

The Apt Valet name, logo, and all related content are our intellectual property. You may not use our branding without written permission.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or availability of deals offered by businesses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Apt Valet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
