These Business Partner Terms ("Agreement") govern your participation as a business partner on The Apt Valet platform. By creating a business account or posting deals, you agree to these terms.
To become a business partner, you must:
You agree to provide accurate business information including name, address, contact details, and business hours. All information is subject to verification.
All business accounts require admin approval before deals become visible to residents. We reserve the right to reject applications at our discretion.
All deals must:
You may modify or pause deals at any time. Already-claimed deals must be honored according to the terms at the time of claim.
You may set maximum claim limits. Once reached, the deal will automatically become unavailable.
When residents claim deals, they receive unique 8-character codes. You must verify these codes through your business dashboard before applying discounts.
You agree to honor all valid deal claims according to the terms specified. Refusing valid claims may result in account suspension.
Mark claims as redeemed in your dashboard. This helps track deal performance and prevents duplicate redemptions.
The Apt Valet currently operates on a commission-free model for business partners. We may introduce fees in the future with advance notice.
Optional premium placement features may be offered for additional fees. Details will be provided when available.
You retain ownership of your business content (logos, descriptions, images). You grant us a license to display this content on our platform.
All content must:
You will have access to analytics including deal views, claims, and redemptions. Resident personal information is limited to what's necessary for deal redemption (name only).
Residents may leave reviews of your business. You may respond to reviews but may not offer incentives for positive reviews or attempt to manipulate ratings.
You agree not to:
You may terminate your business account at any time. Outstanding claims must still be honored.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, poor customer service, or other reasons at our discretion.
You are responsible for the deals you offer and their fulfillment. The Apt Valet is not liable for disputes between you and customers regarding deal terms or quality of service.
You agree to indemnify The Apt Valet against claims arising from your deals, services, or violation of these terms.
We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
